I have been seeing Zhiyin Shan at Mental Wellness Acupuncture since January 2015 . I had problems with anxiety attacks and vertigo.  I went to see her every week and within a couple of weeks my vertigo was gone.  I also do not have anxiety attacks anymore.  I have been seeing her every week since and when I have the acupuncture my body goes into a very deep relaxation.  My head feels very clear after I get the acupuncture. 

I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in acupuncture.

Z is a blessing to us (my daughter and I).  My daughter was very sick from Cidiff (a bacteria that eats all your good bacteria and can seriously kill you if not treated well) and was using a walker when she first met Z.  The second visit, which is just a few days after, though still not 100%, she was able to walk without assistance.  Few months after, she was good to go.  Her fast recovery surprised everyone. 

Since I’ve come to see her (a period of a year), Z took care of my anxiety, restlessness, lack of sleep, sinus problems, my asthma and now, she has been giving me acupuncture for my feet. 

Everything takes time.  What is so wonderful about acupuncture is, there’s no medication involved.  It’s all about stimulating the nerves that needed repair.  Z knows exactly what she’s doing.  She’s also very honest; if she feels that she cannot take care of the problem, she will tell you that. Not only is she capable, she’s patient, kind, and able to work with your own schedule, plus, her fees are affordable. 

I have actually been recommending her to friends/strangers that complaints about their ailments; so far, I got good, positive feedbacks.  One thing I know for a fact, we are so fortunate to have her as our Accupuncturist and our friend.

I confidently say that Zhiyin Shan has become been a blessing in disguise.  Back in August of last year I was diagnosed with a terrible Bacterial Infection that caused me to be hospitalized for a couple weeks. When I went home from the hospital, I had home health come to me for a few more weeks. Afterwards, I had physical therapy. Towards the end of my treatment, I decided to try out Acupuncture because my mom had told me that she had helped my mom’s friend tremendously. I always had the fear of needles being put inside me but Zhiyin reassured me to try it once before making that decision. I came in to her office with a walker. My stomach was still imbalance and I was still weak from this horrible infection. Zhiyin had examined me in detail and noticed that my problems were fixable with out the need of additional medication or more supplements. With in a couple weeks of treatment, I already noticed I had more energy and less stomach problems. My family and doctors were impressed by my instant recovery. They had originally told me, may not go back to my job. I’ve been working since. I still continue to go when I need it. I highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in acupuncture. She has changed my life for the better.
